The fastest way to get something fixed is to include the page URL and what is wrong: a pet fee that has changed, a weight limit that was never right, a hotel that no longer takes animals.

If you work for a hotel

Write to the same address. We would rather hear a policy from the property than infer one, so a correction from you goes to the front of the queue, and so does a policy we currently show as blank. Tell us the fee and whether it is per night or per stay, any weight limit, how many animals you accept, whether that includes cats, and any deposit or breed restriction. We will record it against your own page as the source.

The same applies if you want a listing removed, or a photo taken down.
