Chain policy

avid hotels

IHG, the parent company of the avid hotels brand, does not publish a single brand-wide pet fee or weight limit and instead states that pet policies are set at the property level. IHG states that while most of its hotels allow dogs, rules for other pets such as cats or small animals can differ by property, that most of its hotels charge a pet fee and the individual hotel's pet policy should be checked for specific pricing and requirements, and that guidance on leaving pets unattended also varies by property. No avid-specific corporate pet policy page was located, so no brand-wide fee range or weight limit is reported here.

avid hotels sets this policy at the group level and individual properties set their own fees. It publishes no chain-wide fee or weight limit, so this hotel's own terms are the ones that apply.
