Figures as published by Extended Stay America in its own pet policy.
Extended Stay America states that pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per suite and height and length restrictions of no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches; larger animals or more than two pets require a property manager's approval. The chain states there will be up to a $25 (plus tax) per day non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six nights per pet, and each day thereafter a pet cleaning fee not to exceed $15 (plus tax) per day, per pet. Extended Stay America states that fees for stays of six days or less are due at check-in, that stays of seven days or more are billed in seven night increments, and that service animals are exempt from the charge.
This is the group policy, not one hotel's price
Extended Stay America lets each property set its own fee, so the figures above are the chain's position and not what any given hotel charges. Check the hotel's own page for its terms, and confirm with the front desk when you book.
