Staybridge Suites states that all of its hotels in the Americas are pet friendly, and that pets weighing less than 50 pounds are welcome, with proper medical certification confirming vaccinations are up to date available upon request. The chain states a Pet Policy Letter is presented at check in and a non-refundable fee is charged to the guest's account, and that fees vary per hotel. It also states pets are not allowed in public areas such as the Great Room, Fitness Center, Library, Laundry, Courtyard or near food service areas, must be leashed outside the suite, and must be crated if left unattended while the guest leaves the property.
